I am a GP registrar, transformational coach and award-winning advocate for mothers’ wellbeing in healthcare. My work focuses on supporting mothers through return to work, professional identity, confidence and sustainable careers.

I have particular expertise in supporting NHS mothers, including GPs and doctors returning to work after maternity leave, and I have developed programmes informed by real experiences of mothers navigating pregnancy, maternity leave and work in healthcare.
