About Me
Hi, I’m Katy—a mum, NHS doctor, and certified transformational coach. I’m passionate about helping professional mothers like you navigate the unique challenges of balancing work, family, and self-care while staying true to your values.

Motherhood is one of the most transformative journeys I’ve ever experienced, but it hasn’t been without its challenges. My own path—marked by a difficult pregnancy, a traumatic birth, and the daunting return to work—has deeply shaped the way I approach life and coaching.
My Journey
When I became a mum, I wasn’t prepared for how much my world would change. I faced gestational diabetes, severe morning sickness, and antenatal anxiety during pregnancy. My daughter’s birth was complicated—an emergency caesarean, followed by severe sepsis, left me physically and emotionally drained. Returning to work after maternity leave felt overwhelming. I found myself questioning how I could balance my demanding career with the life I wanted for my family.

I realised I wasn’t alone. So many professional mothers wrestle with these same challenges: the mum guilt, the feeling of being stretched too thin, and the struggle to align career goals with family life.
That’s when I decided to make a change—not just for myself, but for other mothers, too.

Why I Became a Coach
As a doctor, I’ve spent years helping people navigate their health. But my experiences as a mum opened my eyes to how much professional mothers need support that goes beyond what is offered—it’s about understanding your struggles, validating their feelings, and helping you find your own path forward.

Coaching became the perfect way for me to combine my skills and personal experience to create real, meaningful change for mothers who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their values.
